Perception in a human being makes a footing by the
way of look, sound, taste, smell, touch. And we
get stress, anxiety, negativity by these ways only
as well as happiness calmness and positivity. In
day-to-days’ bearing and tearing, eyes get the
most burnt. So a meditation method using power of
visualization will give you much wanted
relaxation.
This simple technique will help you to reduce
tension and Stress, and it’s totally suitable for
beginner too.The meditation:
Sit down in sukhasana(cross-legged),
loosen your muscles do not put tension on any body
part. Now close your eyes, and start watching your
breath. Do not try to control your breathing, or
try to slow it down forcefully. Just breathe
automatically, freely and watch the air passing
through your nose, lungs and going to your
stomach, naval centre and again going out. Let
your body take breathe in its own accordance and
steering will be of not much help as it will
create stress rather calmness. Observe how
rhythmically the air is going slowly in through
your nose, filling up your lungs, touching naval
centre and going out again.
Now as your system (body and
breathe) is coming in synchronization you are
ready to start the Visualization. With every
breathe going in, feel positive energy, feelings
going into your body in the way of stream of white
light, brightness. When you breathe out, imagine
and feel all negative feelings, energy escape from
your body together with the air you breathe out in
the way of black light, spot, and darkness.
When you are totally relaxed,
and undertook the above with ease, now think of an
image, a situation, or an environment that means
rest, peace, and calmness for you. Walk around (in
your imagination) and enjoy every moment in your
favorite surroundings by trying to involve all
your senses. Smell, taste, look, and feel with as
many details as possible. Pass through this
situation vicariously and live it in your mind as
lively as possible. Feel and relish this
situation/image in all its details and watch all
the emotions that accompany it.
Feel the tingling in your
body, feel your muscles relaxing, and notice your
body reacting directly to everything that you
created in your mind. Continue this process of
Visualization for as long as you like.
you can stop this process any time as and when it
starts giving you a sense of calmness and
relaxation by bringing your awareness back to the
rest of your body and become aware of yourself
being in the place where you are practicing this
method. Open your eyes slowly.
